Please note that at this stage, all (corresponding) authors have been notified and the programme is published online.
Paper & poster submission for e-Proceedings
Please review our guidelines before submitting your papers & posters.
As we prepare the SteelyHydrogen Conference Proceedings to be available at the start of the conference, we need your full paper in due time. Authors of abstracts that were notified for the poster session can also send a full paper version for the proceedings, respecting the same deadline.
Guidelines for poster contributions on display during the conference are published below.
Submission of files for full paper is done by using the dedicated dropbox. Please merge all files referring to the same paper into one ZIP file (= text + graphs + pictures + captions for visuals + signed authorisation to publish in proceedings book). Check more detailed instructions in guidelines. In case of technical issues or questions feel free to contact us.
We assure your poster will get exposure to the full conference audience, during and after the event. In order to get this exposure, please provide us with the necessary as described below and remember to refer to your poster number in all correspondence and file names.
On day 1 of the conference, the corresponding author of each poster will be invited to pitch to the full conference audience. In order to comply with covid measures, we therefore need your 30 s audio/video pitch in mp3 or mp4 format with a maximum file size of 350 MB by 15 September, submitted via the poster submission link of the website.
Guidelines for full paper submission for posters to include in the e-proceedings, see above, deadline 1 June.
Bring a portrait A0-size printed copy of your poster to the conference (about 841 mm wide and 1184 mm high). We do not impose a template for your postert. Poster stands will be available at the venue including adapted fixing tools. Remember your poster number identification (see online programme). Posters can be installed by the author on day 1 as from 08:30 AM.
In case you attend virtually, the organisers will print and fix your poster to its stand at the venue. In this case do not forget to post your high resolution pdf file of your poster via the poster submission link of the website. We need this printable pdf by 1 October.
In case of technical issues or questions feel free to contact us.
